Shipping Policy

At Luca Valenti, we are committed to delivering your premium garments as quickly and securely as possible. Please review our shipping practices below.

  1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and careful packaging. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) begin processing the same day. After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship worldwide. The delivery zones we serve — and any country exclusions — are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Carriers Your order is dispatched from our international fulfillment centers and handed to a trusted courier for final delivery, based on your destination:

  • United States — USPS / UPS / FedEx
  • United Kingdom — Royal Mail / Evri
  • Australia — Australia Post
  • Canada — Canada Post
  • European Union — your national postal service or DHL
  • Rest of world — your national postal service or DHL

The carrier and tracking number for your specific order are confirmed in your shipping notification email.

4. Shipping Costs We charge a flat shipping rate of $12 USD on all orders. Orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping. This applies to every destination worldwide. If you are shopping in another currency, the equivalent shipping cost and free-shipping threshold are calculated and displayed in your local currency at checkout. The price shown at checkout is final and matches this policy exactly.

5. Estimated Shipping Times Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Please note: total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

6. Order Tracking When your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number you can use to follow its status. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to become available and update in the courier's system.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Luca Valenti has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

8. Multiple Packages To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items from a single order may ship in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. In this case you will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

9. Unforeseen Delays While we strive to meet the 5–18 business day estimate, these are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: customs clearance and inspections, courier strikes or operational delays, extreme weather or natural disasters, and peak holiday season volumes. If your order is significantly delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate and make sure you are taken care of.

10. Incorrect Shipping Addresses It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
