Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
You can start a return two ways, within 14 days of receiving your order:

quoting your order number and the reason for return. Returns are handled on a per-order basis: once your request is approved, we will email you the correct return address and step-by-step instructions. Please do not send any item back before requesting a return - items sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
Returns are sent by mail. As our items ship internationally, return shipping is arranged after your request is approved and is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Order Never Arrived
If tracking shows your order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@lucavalenti.com and we will investigate with the carrier and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.
Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. Our fulfilment centres are automated, so shipping labels are purchased and items dispatched shortly after ordering. Once an order is in transit it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it once it arrives. If you notice an error in your shipping details or sizing, contact us immediately and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on worn garments, items without original tags, sale items, or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 14 days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@lucavalenti.com
